Now that i have a tooth, soon to be two teeth, mommy and daddy said that i have to brush my teeth everyday! I love brushing my teeth, it's fun!

I stole Mommy's toast...sorry mommy i was hungry! Mommy said that was the biggest mess i have ever made eating...she had to take my whole excersaucer apart to clean it...haha!

I had to go see my doctor

The last week or so I have been very cranky and fussy. I've been crying all day and I've been keeping mommy and daddy up all night, so they were very worried and wanted to make sure i didn't have an ear infection because I've been pulling on my ears a lot. So this morning mommy and daddy took me to see my doctor. There were no other babies in there today so i got every one's attention and i was all smiles....they thought mommy and daddy were lying when they said all i have been doing is crying...haha! They didn't understand how such a cute and happy baby could be so fussy! My doctor said that i'm going to have another tooth come in soon, maybe over the next day or so because she could feel it and that is why I have been so fussy. I didn't get measured today for height because it wasn't my usual check up but they did check my weight and i weigh 22.4 pounds!! My doctor said that i weigh more than i should when I'm a year old...haha!! What can i say this is why mommy calls me her "Chunky Monkey" But my doctor wasn't concerned, she said once i start walking and running around I'll melt some of the weight off. And everyone thinks I'll be walking soon because i don't like to sit down anymore since i found out that i can hold on to the couch and stand up on my feet...I love standing up especially in front of my closet mirror so i can give myself kisses!!

Playdate

Yesterday Kaden came over for a play date. The second i saw him I tried to give him a hug, my mommy and his mommy thought it was really cute! I showed him my new Excersaucer that my dede and anneanne bought me. I'm trying to learn how to share my toys so i let him play in it for a little while! We had a fun day!

Mama's Birthday Weekend!

Friday was Mama's 23rd birthday!!! Daddy had the day off so we could spoil mommy together! In the morning we sang Happy Birthday to her and then cooked her breakfast, her favorite...waffles with strawberries and bananas....and of course her morning coffee! She loved it!! Then we took mommy shopping and daddy and i got some things too because we love to shop :) We relaxed the rest of the weekend! It was nice hanging out just us 3 for 3 whole days!!! And of course the best present mommy could get was listening to me say "mama" all weekend long!! And guess what else.....daddy started trying to get me to stand up holding onto the couch and i've been doing a great job standing up but i also think its really funny when i fall back into mommy and daddy's arms!! they don't think it's too funny!! HAHA!!

Happy Valentine's Day!

I just wanted to wish everyone a very Happy Valentine's Day!!!

My day at the park!

It's been really sunny and warm here in Cali the last few days so mommy took me to the park on saturday! I got to watch all the kids and dogs running around and playing and i even got to go on the swing!

"MaMa MaMa"

Mommy and Daddy are in trouble!!! I'm learning how to talk!! haha! I said my first word on Thursday night! Daddy was in the kitchen on the phone with Grandpa and mommy fell asleep on the couch while i was in my jumper and Mommy woke up all the sudden to hear my pleasant voice say "MaMa MaMa" Mommy was so excited, but daddy didn't hear me so mommy thought that maybe it was a dream and i wasn't really saying "MaMa" but the next day i was saying it a lot and daddy finally heard me and believed Mommy. They are so proud of me! Here are some pictures of me talking!!



My new favorite thing to eat and play with are my balloons!
