Maddie & Daddy Day

My Daddy is the best daddy ever!! I love spending time with him!! we have so much fun together. Daddy's friend gave him a really cool keyboard and since we both love music so much daddy and i are practicing how to use it...


Mommy and I have been going to the pool almost every day and i finally got to show daddy how well i can swim......


Daddy and I both experienced our first earthquake this week. We had a 5.4 earthquake here in CA. I was at home with mommy and daddy was at work. At first it didn't really phase me, but when mommy all of the sudden picked me up and ran under the door way and i saw things falling off the shelves and my dog Sasha started barking i got a little scared, but mommy said we were fine and calmed me down. it was so weird that our whole house just started shaking all of the sudden, but mommy, daddy and I are all fine!

I'm Walking!

Yesterday i went to see my doctor for my 1 year checkup. I weigh 25.6 pounds and I'm 32 inches tall! I had to get 2 shots and they took some blood from my toe. My doctor said I'm perfect and very advanced in my speech!! :) Mommy and Daddy still are amazed that I'm a year old!
Last night mommy video taped me walking...I'm a pro!

New York

Mommy, Daddy and I just got back from our trip to New York. We were there for a week and a half. It was so great to see everyone, especially my grandma and grandpa and uncle Tim finally got to meet me in person. We got to NY on July 4th and i got to watch fireworks for the first time they were very pretty! Grandma and Grandpa made me a birthday cake so they could celebrate my first birthday with me since we got there the day after my birthday!

Mommy, Daddy, Grandpa, and my cousin Dylan all went to see the Yankees play (can you believe they actually talked mommy into going)and i got to hang out with grandma, aunt marypat, and my cousin colleen all day. I had such a good time with them!
I went to Jerry and Christine's wedding...i love weddings! I'm a great dancer. Their wedding was beautiful! Christine looked goregeous and Jerry was very handsome. We had a lot of fun! Congrats Jerry and Christine!!






I also got to go on my very first Merry-Go-Round ride!! it was fun!! here i am with Daddy



And of course i got to spend a lot of time with Grandma and Grandpa and uncle tim.....
